This striking Boulder Opal comes from the Opal fields in Australia and has an unusual clear seam in the middle which you can see straight through when lifted up to the light but looks solid when wearing against your skin.
It’s a long oval in shape and offers colours of dark red and brown with a swirl of brighter orange . I’ve set the stone in an Sterling silver frame – deliberately understated to let this amazing opal do all the talking.
On the reverse, I have created a complementary design which allows parts of this lovely stone to be visible. I absolutely love that each stone is individual and completely unique in it’s combination of shape, colours, patterns and brightness.
Every element of this Australian Boulder Opal pendant has been handmade by myself from scratch, other than the stone itself. It comes with a Sterling silver necklace of which you can choose either 16 or 18 inch length.
