Delivery and Returns

Delivery
All the jewellery shown on my website is in stock and ready for sale (other than that marked as sold). All delivery is free to UK addresses and i specify the type of service used on each product page. For instance the earrings are sent First Class Royal Mail and the more expensive items like the Boulder Opal Pendants and Wavy bracelets are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery.

Please note that at this point in time, i only post to the UK and i’m afraid this doesn’t include Northern Ireland due to GSPR.

I always do my best to post out within 24 hours of receiving an order and i will always email you to let you know when your order is on it’s way.

Returns
I really want you to be happy with your purchases and i take a lot of care to make sure your order is packaged carefully so it arrives to you in pristine condition. However, if there has been damage in transit, please let me know within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. If you decide that you wish to return your new jewellery then please let me know within 14 calendar days of receiving it so we can organise you sending it back to me and getting a refund. Unfortunantly i cannot refund earrings for health and safety reasons.

Below are the latest UK Distance Selling Regulations:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of the return of the goods and payments made using the same method as you used to pay for your order.
  • Return postage costs can only be refunded if the item was faulty (please see below) or the incorrect item was sent.
  • Please remember to get proof of posting and please note that jewellery is only insured in transit when posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Any other method is at your own risk.
  • I regret that I cannot offer refunds on earrings for health and safety reasons.
  • All my jewellery is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not include accidental damage or damage due to wear and tear or loss.
