Yowah Boulder Opal Pendant – 33.35 Carat

I buy my Yowah Boulder Opals direct from the mines in Australia and I absolutely love that each stone is individual. This lovely Yowah Boulder Opal Pendant is completely unique in it’s combination of shape, colours, patterns and brightness.

This particular opal is a 33.35 carat Yowah Opal from Yowah, Queensland and has a subtle pattern that reminds me of a dark oil painting. However in full sunlight, the pattern is really quite striking and when it catches the light there’s little glints of bright green opal within the dark red centre which gives it that extra dimension.

I have set it in an elegant chunky Sterling silver frame that is understated as so to let this amazing opal do the talking. On the reverse, i’ve created a complementary design which allows parts of this lovely stone to be visible.

Every element of this Yowah boulder opal pendant has been handmade by myself from scratch apart from the stone itself. It comes with a Sterling silver necklace of which you can choose either 16 or 18 inch length.
